The Little Odisha

The Little Odisha is a Bhubaneswar-based real estate firm focused on residential properties, plots and land. It wanted more than a brochure site. Their goal was a trusted online platform where buyers could browse properties, sellers could list their own, and agents and developers could be found by area and specialty.

We built a property portal on WordPress with searchable listings by category (houses, duplexes, apartments and land) and a property submission page for owners and agents. There are separate sign-ups for users, agents, agencies and developers, plus a listing comparison feature. Clear calls to action make it easy for visitors to enquire by call, WhatsApp or the contact form. The design is mobile-first and quick to load, so buyers can search comfortably on their phones.

On the marketing side, we optimised the site for local real estate searches such as “buy land in Bhubaneswar” and “plots near Pipili”. That covered on-page SEO, a Google Business Profile, location-based landing pages and a content plan for the blog. We also support the brand with social media and paid campaigns aimed at buyers and property owners in Odisha.

The result is a credible, search-friendly platform that works as the firm’s main lead-generation channel.
